Description
Rozen Maiden is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Peach-Pit. It follows the story of Jun Sakurada, a middle school student who withdrew from society after being persecuted by his classmates. One day, he is chosen to become the master of a Rozen Maiden named Shinku. The Rozen Maidens are seven sentient porcelain dolls who compete against each other for a chance to become the perfect doll known as "Alice". The series was serialized in Monthly Comic Birz from September 2002 to July 2007 and has been collected into eight tankōbon volumes. It was localized to North America by Tokyopop between March 2003 and June 2007. Rozen Maiden is a unique blend of fantasy, drama, and mystery, with beautifully illustrated characters and a compelling storyline.
