Description
Cat Shit One is a three volume manga series written and illustrated by Motofumi Kobayashi. It follows the story of three American soldiers, who are anthropomorphic animals, in the Vietnam War. The manga depicts their daily activities as part of the recon team called 'Cat Shit One'. The story continues in Cat Shit One '80, where the protagonists are involved in various conflicts in the 1980s. The manga has been adapted into a computer-generated original net animation series and received a nomination at the 9th Annual VES Awards. The US release of the manga is titled Apocalypse Meow as a parody of the film Apocalypse Now.
